Offered as a benefit for participating health plan clients, Baby & Me is our free and innovative maternity incentive program designed to help expectant moms and their babies stay healthy during pregnancy, through delivery, and beyond.
If your health plan offers this program, participants may enroll within the first 20 weeks of pregnancy. If you meet these requirements, please verify with your health plan administrator that this program is available to you. Then simply submit a request to enroll or contact our Wellness Department.
We encourage you to join as soon as your pregnancy is confirmed.
