Information Systems Administrator
Position Summary
- Administers and monitors physical and virtual infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, Hyper-V hosts, file servers, and cloud-based services (Microsoft 365, Azure).
- Ensures endpoint security, system patching, and device hardening are maintained in compliance with HIPAA, SOC 2, and company policies.
- Manages identity and access controls via Active Directory, Azure AD, and group policy.
- Supports business applications including claims systems, member portals, and CRM platforms, ensuring performance and availability.
- Configures, maintains, and monitors networking infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and VLANs.
- Oversees backup, disaster recovery, and failover systems to ensure business continuity.
- Provides Tier 2/3 IT support for both on-site and remote employees, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Manages endpoint provisioning, including laptops, mobile devices, and printers, with emphasis on security and access control.
- Assists in implementing infrastructure-related projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and security improvements.
- Documents configurations, procedures, and technical resolutions in accordance with ITIL or internal change management standards.
- Monitors systems for anomalies, suspicious behavior, or resource issues and proactively resolve or escalate.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to support IT operations and projects.
- Maintains internal documentation and asset tracking for hardware and software inventories.
- Participates in internal audits or assessments related to IT security, risk management, and compliance.
- Serves as backup for adjacent IT roles (e.g., Application Systems Administrator) during absences or overflow.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a closely related field is required.
- Three years of increasingly responsible experience managing or supervising IT operations is required.
- Experience with PC servers, client-server systems, and Windows Operating Systems environments is required.
- Additional experience in managing or supervising computer and IT functions and operations may be substituted for education, with one year of experience being equal to one year of education.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+, Security+, MCSA, or CCNA certification is preferred.
Expected Starting Salary Range: $50,000 – $70,000 annually
Marketing and Communications Manager
Position Summary
- Manages all aspects of marketing, communications, and branding.
- Works closely with departments and vendors to ensure brand consistency and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, print, TV, events, etc.)
- Serves as a marketing liaison between the Communications team and departments/vendors.
- Three or more years of experience in branding, marketing, or a related area within the insurance sector; or equivalent combination is preferred.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field such as communications; three years of experience in branding, marketing, or a related area within the insurance sector; or equivalent combination is preferred.
- Creative mindset, detail-oriented, and adaptable to developing marketing content
- Strong understanding of branding and marketing channels/tools
- Strong organizational, analytical, time management, leadership, and strategic planning skills
- Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, public-speaking and presentation skills
- Manage and oversee operational functions with high levels of collaboration
- Quick learner, flexible at work, and work independently and on a team
- Results-oriented and able to balance other business considerations while meeting timelines
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable means of transportation
- Basic proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategy
- Basic-level proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint
- Intermediate-level proficiency in publishing and design software (e.g. Canva, WordPress) is preferred
Expected Starting Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 annually
