Members will need to present the new cards to their healthcare providers beginning January 1, 2024.

Our clients’ plan administrators will have access to a new and improved portal powered by the Javelina Web platform by Eldorado Computing, a division of Mphasis Healthcare Solutions. HWMG will still mail a paper EOB if a member visits a non-participating provider and pays for services up front, which results in HWMG mailing a payment directly to the member.
